SuperAnimal models pretrained for plug-and-play analysis of animal behavior
Abstract
Animal pose estimation is critical in applications ranging from neuroscience, agriculture, to veterinary medicine. However, it usually requires domain knowledge and labeling efforts to obtain reliable animal pose models. To give researchers easy access to high performance animal pose models across diverse environments and species, we have made available a web platform to collect data and share models, together with a new paradigm for pre-training and fine-tuning animal pose models.
